Critical Notices

• Navigation Warning:

Google Maps postcodes may be inaccurate. Detailed directions will be emailed upon booking confirmation.

• Zero Tolerance Policy:

We strictly enforce all rules. Immediate bans apply for breaches without refund.

• Booking & Payments

-Bookings made online only via our website

-No refunds for no-shows/late arrivals

-Cancellations: 24hr notice required for refund/alternative slot

-Owner reserves right to cancel bookings (alternative/refund offered)

• Session Protocol Strict Timing:

-60-minute sessions with 10-minute buffers (50 minutes of pure field usage) - Arrive/leave promptly. No time extensions

-Last booking 60 mins before closing (typically 20:00 is the last booking in view of exiting farm by 21:00 – British summer time)

Field Rules

• Safety First:

-Assume all dogs need space

-Supervise dogs continuously

-Use equipment at own risk

-Be aware of rural hazards (uneven ground, wildlife, etc.)

-Prohibited: - Professional use (trainers/breeders must seek prior approval)

-Dogs chasing/harassing neighbouring livestock

• Cleanliness:

-MUST pick up all dog waste (take it home)

-Leave no litter (including broken toys, cigarette ends

•Health Requirements

Vaccinations: Strongly advised (essential for certain risks)

-Do not bring: Unwell dogs (especially with kennel cough symptoms)

• Access & Control
-Entry/Exit:

-Dogs must be on lead in car park

-Secure all gates immediately after entry/exit

-Wait until previous users have completely exited

• XL Bully/BSL Breeds

-DEFRA Compliance Mandatory:

Valid Registration/Exemption Certificate

-Proof of Neutering & Microchipping

-Third-party Liability Insurance

-1:1 handling ratio

-Muzzled/leashed during transit (entry/exit)
